Adventist Community Services

Adventist Community Services, a ministry of the Cedar Lake Adventist Church, serves the community through the Heartland Center. This center features a clothing thrift store, a new and used bookstore, and a garage sale section offering household items. Many local residents benefit from the Voucher Program, which provides quarterly credits for clothing and shoes for low to no income clients. Additionally, the Adventist Community Service offers assistance to individuals and families affected by house fires or other emergencies, supplying essential clothing and bedding to those in need.
